intro to impro

Waking up at 5.30 we entered the water just as the sun was rising_edited.jpg

introducing improvisation

We invite you to experience with us, what it is like to turn up your natural curiosity, follow your spontaneous impulses and connect authentically through play and joy.

During this course, we will gradually explore what it means to be an improvising human being. By gently emersing ourselves into states of possibility and wonder, we create space to express who we really are.

If you are interested in cultivating a playful, lighthearted, and honest connection with yourself, others and the world around you, then this is the course for you.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

The wonderful things that people offer when thinking on the hoof brought chuckles of recognition and sparks of inspiration."

I'm always looking for oniline improv that has a certain kind of feel; connective, fun, inviting spaces. This turned out to be exactly that - connective, inviting, and fun.
