impro studio collects your data so that we can:

How do we store your data?
Personal information collected by impro studio may be stored and processed in any country in which impro studio is located as well as countries in which third parties have their servers. impro studio stores data on company owned devices and third party software. By using impro studio's services and/or website, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country and outside of the EEA.

Kees de Boekhouder: impro studio uses the services and software provided by Kees de Boekhouder to process all financial information to comply with Dutch bookkeeping law. This includes invoices, receipts, bank transactions, client contact details and and emails sent through the bookkeeping software. Your data may be stored through Kees de Boekhouder's database.

Eventbrite: impro studio uses the Eventrbite ticketing service. When you sign up to our events, your data will be processed and stored by Eventrbite.

Zoom: impro studio uses the Zoom video conferencing platform for online events. When you log in to Zoom, your contact data may be collected and stored on Zoom's databases. When impro studio records Zoom meetings, these recordings will be processed and stored by Zoom.
Our privacy policy applies only to impro studio. If you are concerned about these third party services, you should read their privacy policy.
impro studio is required by Dutch bookkeeping law to keep your personal identification information for 7 years.
In some circumstances we will anonymise your personal data (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes, in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.
Recording of sessions
We sometimes record videos of the main Zoom room during our events, workshops, and training courses.

If you unmute your microphone in the main Zoom room, then you give consent to us for recording your voice.

If you turn on your video in the main Zoom room, then you give consent to us for recording your image.

The breakout rooms will not be recorded.

The recordings are for internal use only and will not be shared publicly.

If we wish to share recordings publicly then we will ask for your consent ahead of recording and also after the session again.

We do not share any recording that includes your voice and/or image without your prior consent.

Marketing
impro studio would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like. To do this, we will use the name and e-mail address provided by you.
If you wish to receive our marketing, you can opt in to our newsletter via our website, our social media accounts, or when you sign up to any of our events, workshops, and trainings.
If you wish to sign up to our newsletter, you can do so on our contact page or by scrolling down to the website footer..
If you have agreed to receive marketing from impro studio, you may always opt out at a later date. You have the right at any time to stop impro studio from contacting you for marketing purposes.
