We support new and existing teams that want to explore their interpersonal dynamics and deepen their connections. We offer customised coaching sessions for teams to (re)connect, (re)frame, and (re)discover how to improvise as a creative ensemble.

For groups of young children, improvisation is easy. They know how to be intuitive, playful, and spontaneous. But as we grow into adults and experience the complex structures of societal life, improvising can become one of the most challenging activities imaginable.​

​Our natural improvisations are the processes of communication, collaboration, and co-creation. When improvising, we draw from our available resources, skills and experiences to meet and engage with the current moment.

All our events are opportunities to discover who we are in relationship to each other. Be it through improvised storytelling, dynamic games or structured activities, in the group space we experience living improvisationally together.
