Roles available to associates:

Currently, we are looking for suitable associates to help us get started with our programme offers.

As new programs are developed, associates may be requested to help coordinate, advertise, host sessions, or run tech. All programs are run virtually (on Zoom) unless otherwise noted.

How to become an associate:

To become an associate of impro studio you must have already worked with at least one of impro studio's staff members (currently, that is only Angelina). Associates are approached personally by impro studio's staff.

Associates are required to have:

  • a legal organisation or company through which they are insured (liability & indemnity) and can send invoices

  • a secure and stable internet connection

  • access to a secure personal computer or laptop device

  • a professional email account

  • lots of experience in their field of practice

Duration and frequency of service:

As an associate, you make an official agreement for how long you want to offer your work effort at impro studio. We ask that you communicate any changes in your commitment so we can adjust our scheduling accordingly.

Training:

When associates join, they will learn about impro studio's Ethical Practice, Disclaimer, Privacy, Terms & Conditions, in addition to training for a specific role.

Communication:

Communication will occur through emails, phone call, and zoom calls, unless a project requires other arrangements.

Reporting:

Concerns about individual conduct or programs can be discussed with Angelina Castellini. If you wish to escalate the conversation, you can review the Ethical Practice document. In the future, we will have a clearer reporting structure in place. Thank you for your patience.

Remuneration:

Financial compensation will be discussed per project. As impro studio offers a range of activities, some of which free of charge, the financial agreement will be largely dependent on the income generated by the relevant project.

Discounts:

As a thank you for your efforts, impro studio offers a custom discount code for use with impro studio workshops or trainings. If there is space in a workshop or required training, associates may occasionally also join it for free.
